No. TradePilotFX produces market analysis only. A result describes what a documented strategy detects in the current market data, along with the evidence behind it. It is not personalised advice and it is not an instruction to trade.

Do you trade on my behalf or connect to my broker?

Accepted Answer

No. TradePilotFX never executes trades, never connects to a broker account and never holds trading capital. You act entirely on your own judgement through your own broker.

What are Credits?

Credits are the platform credit used to pay for analyses. You buy a credit package once and spend credits per analysis. There is no subscription requirement and unused credits remain in your wallet.

How much does one analysis cost?

Each strategy engine sets its own credit cost, listed on the pricing page and shown again before you confirm a run. Credits are only deducted once the market-data quality checks pass.

Question 5

What happens if an analysis fails?

Accepted Answer

If the engine cannot complete — for example because the market data feed is stale or incomplete — the charge is reversed in the ledger and the credits return to your wallet. Every reversal is recorded as an immutable transaction you can see in your wallet history.

Why do two strategies disagree about the same market?

Accepted Answer

Because each engine is independent and tests a different hypothesis. A breakout engine and a mean-reversion engine can legitimately reach opposite conclusions from the same candles. Disagreement is a signal that conditions are unclear, not a bug.

Which markets and timeframes are supported?

Major and minor forex pairs plus metals such as gold and silver, across intraday to daily timeframes. Each strategy page lists exactly which asset classes and timeframes that engine supports.

Where does the market data come from?

Accepted Answer

From multiple independent market-data providers with automatic failover. Every candle set is validated for gaps and OHLC sanity before an engine is allowed to run, and the snapshot used is stored with the result.

Can I get a refund on credits?

Accepted Answer

Credits credited by a verified payment are generally non-refundable once spent, but failed analyses are automatically reversed and billing errors are corrected. See the refund policy for the full terms.
