Terms of Service

By creating an account or using TradePilotFX you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.

1. What the service is

TradePilotFX applies documented trading strategies to market data and returns structured analysis. The service is informational only. It is not financial, investment, tax or legal advice, it is not a recommendation to buy or sell any instrument, and it does not take your personal circumstances into account.

2. What the service is not

  • We do not execute trades, hold trading capital or connect to broker accounts.
  • We do not manage portfolios or offer copy trading.
  • We make no guarantee of accuracy, profitability, win rate or future performance.

3. Eligibility and accounts

You must be of legal age in your jurisdiction and permitted to use analytical trading tools there. You are responsible for the accuracy of your account details, for keeping your credentials secure, and for all activity under your account. One person, one account.

4. TP Coins

TP Coins are a prepaid platform credit used to pay for analyses. They are not money, not a deposit, not a security and not redeemable for cash. Coin balances are maintained on our servers in an append-only ledger; the server balance is authoritative. Coin prices and per-analysis costs may change, and changes apply to purchases and analyses made after the change.

5. Acceptable use

  • Do not scrape, resell, sublicense or redistribute analyses as your own product.
  • Do not attempt to bypass billing, rate limits, authentication or access controls.
  • Do not present TradePilotFX output as guaranteed or as regulated financial advice.
  • Do not use the platform for unlawful purposes or to abuse other users or staff.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these rules, and we may withhold coins obtained through abuse, fraud or chargeback.

6. Availability

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Market data providers, payment providers and maintenance windows can interrupt analysis. When an analysis cannot complete, the coin charge is reversed.

7. Intellectual property

The platform, its strategy implementations and its interface remain our property. You keep ownership of the notes and content you create, and you may use analyses you paid for in your own private decision-making.

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, TradePilotFX is not liable for trading losses, lost profits, or indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform. Our total liability in any circumstance is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months preceding the claim.

9. Changes

We may update these terms. Material changes will be announced in the platform. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.
