This policy explains what we collect, why we collect it, and what control you have. We do not sell personal data.
What we collect
- Account data — email address, display name, and authentication identifiers from your chosen sign-in method.
- Financial records — coin purchases, coin ledger entries and payment references. Card details are handled by our payment provider and never reach our servers.
- Usage data — the analyses you run, their inputs, results and timestamps, plus your preferences, favourites and notes.
- Security data — sign-in events, IP-derived security events and abuse signals used to protect accounts.
Why we use it
- To operate your account, wallet and analysis history.
- To verify payments, prevent double-charging and correct billing errors.
- To detect fraud, abuse and unauthorised access.
- To improve engine reliability and platform performance in aggregate.
- To send service messages such as receipts, alerts you enabled and security notices.
Who can see it
Your data is visible to you. Platform administrators can access account, billing and support records where necessary to run the service, investigate abuse or meet legal obligations, and such access is logged. Processors we rely on — hosting and database, payment processing and market data providers — receive only what they need to perform their function.
Retention
Analysis history is kept while your account is active. Financial and audit records are retained for as long as required by accounting and anti-fraud obligations, even after account closure. Other personal data is deleted or anonymised when it is no longer needed.
Your rights
- Access and export a copy of your account data.
- Correct inaccurate details from your account settings.
- Request deletion of your account, subject to financial-record retention.
- Opt out of non-essential notifications at any time.
Security
Data is encrypted in transit, access is enforced with per-row database policies so one account cannot read another's records, and privileged actions are audited. No system is perfectly secure; report a suspected issue through the support centre immediately.
Cookies
We use only the storage required to keep you signed in and remember your interface preferences. We do not run third-party advertising trackers.
